Tips

– You can now use Woodchuck, a network transfer daemon (See http://hssl.cs.jhu.edu/~neal/woodchuck for more info)
– When reading an article, you can swipe left or right to go to the previous or next article in the list
– Image caching can be enabled in the Preferences menu. Images will be automatically downloaded during feed updates, and be available for offline reading.
– To schedule an update at a specific time, use a scheduler (such as cron) to launch “/usr/bin/FeedingIt update” without the quotes
– To display a brief status of the feeds from the command line (or another program, launch “/usr/bin/FeedingIt status” without the quotes
– You can add a widget to your home screen to monitor the top 10 feeds. You can also view a listing of unread articles
– If you’re having trouble updating feeds while connected to 3G, try to disable the Proxy Support in the menu
